Clients can receive global technical support for Flexpod on a 24/7/365 basis.
Through our cooperative support model, a customer can open a service request with the support organisation of the technology company it believes to be the cause of the problem. The company first contacted by the customer will be designated as the owner of the case through successful resolution. For Flexpod configurations that includes hypervisors, applications, and OSs from other vendors, NetApp and Cisco collaborate through the TSAnet network to quickly resolve customer issues.
